So...What's Happening? Also: More Fall Reading.

A reminder of upcoming events:

Rogers Teen Writers:

Whose story will you tell when you sit down to write? Your own? Your family’s? Or someone else’s?This Rogers Teen Writer’s Group is hosted for teens at the Rogers Public Library. For our opening event, we'll have a guest speaker, Marilyn Collins, author of books on writing local history. Share your writing, compare with others, and make it better! For this event, no registration or fee is required. For more info contact Evan at eday@rogersark.org or 479-586-7117 ext. 32.

Shift:
When best friends Chris and Win go on a cross country bicycle trek the summer after graduating and only one returns, the FBI wants to know what happened.

Child of Dandelions:
In Uganda in 1972, fifteen-year-old Sabine and her family, wealthy citizens of Indian descent, try to preserve their normal life during the ninety days allowed by President Idi Amin for all foreign Indians to leave the country, while soldiers and others terrorize them and people disappear.
